Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To make the return process as easy as possible, we provide a free return label. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund, deducting only the shipping cost.

Refunds

• Standard Refunds: After we receive the returned product, we will initiate your refund. It will be credited to your account within 7 business days.
• Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched, please contact our support team at support@smokersheap.com. If the order has not been shipped, we’ll issue a full refund with no shipping cost deduction.
• Post-Dispatch Cancellations: If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the product. Once we receive it, we will refund the purchase amount, minus the shipping cost.
