At Smokers Heap, we value every customer and stand behind the quality of our disposable vapes. Our goal is to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition and enjoy a smooth shopping experience.

Because all our products are disposable vapes, certain return and refund restrictions apply for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return & Refund Eligibility
We only accept refund or replacement requests in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product or flavor.
- The item arrived damaged or not working on arrival.
- Your package was lost in transit or not delivered.
All requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, please provide:

- Your order number.
- A clear photo or video showing the issue (for defective or damaged products).
- A short description of the problem.

Non-Returnable Products
For safety, hygiene, and product integrity, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any of the following:
- Opened or used disposable vapes.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage.
- Items returned without prior authorization from our support team.
Refund Process
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that:

- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Replacement Policy
If your disposable vape arrives defective or not functioning, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund (based on availability).
In some cases, we may issue a store credit if the exact item is out of stock.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before shipment. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first to check with your local post office or delivery service.
