Return Authorization:

Upon approval, you will receive a Return Label (RL) number and instructions for returning the item. Please clearly label the package with the provided RL number.


Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.


Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received, inspected, and confirmed to meet our return eligibility criteria. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.



Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow the return process for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product.


Damaged or Defective Items:
