At Smokers Heap, we work hard to ensure your disposable vapes are delivered quickly, securely, and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping and processing details below before placing your order.

Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed the following business day.
- During peak seasons or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method:

- Standard Shipping (3–7 Business Days) – Most orders arrive within this timeframe.
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 Business Days) – Available for select areas at checkout.
All shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Restrictions
Due to federal and state laws, we are unable to ship disposable vapes to certain U.S. states or territories.
If your shipping address is located in a restricted area, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded.
Currently, we do not ship internationally outside the United States.

Lost or Delayed Packages
While we do our best to ensure fast delivery, Smokers Heap is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather issues, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue persists, reach out to our support team for assistance.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase.
